PAHMT Membership is for one (1) Calendar Year - from January 1 to December 31.
For those purchasing Multiple Memberships for your organization or company...Please email us a three (3) column Excel Spreadsheet listing theFirst Name, Last Name, and Email Addressof each person you purchased a membership for.
Once Paid, we'll upload your list into our database, and send everyone their membership card for the year.
