The following outlines sponsorship opportunities for the 2024 Pennsylvania Association of Hazardous Materials Technicians Conference. Sponsorships are a great way for your company to support the conference and also be recognized throughout the conference as a supporter.

The Sponsor - Vendor Show will be: Thursday and Friday, August 22 and 23, 2024:

  • Thursday:  1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00AM to 1:00 PM

New for 2024 will be an opportunity for sponsor - vendor informational tracks (Course Offerings) to be offered to Pennsylvania Association of Hazardous Materials Technician attendees (i.e. the sponsor - vendor tracks can be to showcase a new product, or situational training by your company). The sponsor - vendor track offerings can be anywhere from a half hour to four hours in length (longer times will need to be coordinated).

The Training Tracks Are:

  • Radiological
  • Transportation
  • Sponsor - Vendor
  • General Education (Example: Train-the-Trainer Offerings)

  • If Yes - You will be contacted by one of the PAHMT Conference Team


All Sponsors and Vendors will have their company logos placed on the Pennsylvania Association of Hazardous Materials Technicians website until the end of 2024 at: PAHazMat.com

New This Year - Open Conference
We're trying something new to make it easier to attend classes.

Open Conference
This year you will not have to fill out a form and pre-choose your classes. This year it is an open conference - meaning you can go to any class you wish, at any time of your choosing, without having to pre-choose or fill out a form. 


Class Certificates
Also new this year, when each course is over, there will be several Certificate Stands at the front of the room with the Course Name, a QR Code, and a URL Address (Web Page Link) on it to download the course certificate. You can either scan the QR Code with a phone to immediately download the certificate, or take a picture of the Certificate Stand to retrieve the course certificate later.

Contacts - Meals - Event Form

You will receive in an email, that will contain a URL Address (A Web Page Link) to the 2024 Sponsor & Vendor Attendee Registration Form that you must forwarded to each person attending the conference from your organization. The completion of this form, which is Each Person's Personal Registration Form, is REQUIRED FOR ENTRY into the conference.


  • Host the Hospitality Chalet BOTH Thursday and Friday Nights.

    As the Red Flammability Level-A sponsor, you will receive 2 Conference (3-Day) Class Registrations.

    Your company name and logo will be displayed on either the inside front cover, inside back cover, or inside back page of the conference brochure.

    Your company name and logo will also be posted on signage during the event and at the registration desk throughout the conference.

    Your company will be provided with a 20’ x 10’ vendor booth located just inside the vendor hall at Booth #1, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.


  • Your company name and logo will be on signage during the event and if you choose, your literature will be at each seat during the event.

    You will also have an opportunity to give a brief welcome and an overview of your company.

    As a Red Flammability Level-B sponsor, you will receive 2 Conference (3-Day) Class Registrations.

    Your company name and logo will be displayed on either the inside front cover, inside back cover, or inside back page of the conference brochure.

    Your company name and logo will also be posted on signage during the event that your sponsorship is applied to as well as at the registration desk throughout the conference.

    Your company will be provided with a 20’ x 10’ vendor booth located on either the left or right of the stage, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

    Once you have secured your Red Flammability Sponsor Level-B you will be contacted by the planning team to select the meal for the night selected.

  • Your company name and logo will be on signage during the event and if you choose, your literature will be at each seat during the event.

    You will also have an opportunity to give a brief welcome and an overview of your company.

    As a Red Flammability Level-B sponsor, you will receive 2 Conference (3-Day) Class Registration.

    Your company name and logo will be displayed on either the inside front cover, inside back cover, or inside back page of the conference brochure.

    Your company name and logo will also be posted on signage during the event that your sponsorship is applied to as well as at the registration desk throughout the conference.

    Once you have secured your Blue Sponsor Level-B you will be contacted by the planning team to secure the overall breakfast meal selection for the day selected.

    As a Blue Health Hazard Level-B sponsor, you will receive 1 Conference (3-Day) Class Registration.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

  • Have your company logo embossed on the conference padfolio that each attendee of the conference will receive upon arrival at the conference.

    Your company logo will be seen by all attendees during the entire conference.

    Your company will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

  • Have your company logo embossed on conference gifts (i.e., golf balls) that each attendee of the conference will receive upon arrival at the conference.

    Your company logo will be seen by all attendees during the entire conference.

    Your company will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

  • Vendor hosted hors d’oeuvres during the Vendor Show on Thursday evening.

    Your company will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

  • Vendor hosted open bar during the Vendor Show on Thursday evening.

    Your company will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

  • Your White Level Sponsorship may be applied to a refreshment break or other special event of the conference.

    Your company name and logo will be posted on signage during the event that you are sponsoring, and your company name and logo will be posted on signage at the registration desk throughout the conference.

    Your company logo will be seen by all attendees during the entire conference. Your company will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth, a 3’ x 6’ draped table, two chairs, and registration of two company representatives as vendor booth attendees.

    Your company will be provided with a list of conference attendees with contact information.

    Once you have secured your White Special Precautions Sponsor Level you will be contacted by the planning team to coordinate the type of refreshments to be offered during your sponsored refreshment break.

Thursday, August 22, 2024 -Set Up Booths 9:30 a.m. to noon. Sponsor - Vendor Area Open 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 22, 2024 - Sponsor - Vendor Sponsored Appetizers and Open Bar 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday, August 23, 2024 - Sponsor - Vendor Area Open 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Sponsor - Vendor Presentation Training Track
Each sponsor and vendor will be provided with the opportunity to provide a presentation during the sponsor - vendor track throughout the conference. These sessions can be anywhere from a half hour to four hours in length (longer times will need to be coordinated).

Shipping Information
Materials can be shipped in advance to Seven Springs for arrival no sooner than Monday, August 19, 2024, and no later than Thursday, August 22, 2024. UPS and Federal Express do not deliver to Seven Springs until after 12 noon. Materials should be labeled as follows:

This form then needs to be scanned and emailed to [email protected] and a Vail Resorts service representative will contact you for payment.

Hotel Reservations 
For hotel reservations, call the Seven Springs Resort and Conference Center 1-800-452-2223 and tell the agent that you are with the 2024 Pennsylvania Association of Hazardous Materials Technicians Conference to receive the discounted room rate. Rooms are available at this rate until July 25, 2024, or until the room block is sold out.
