2024 ATTENDEE SEAT PURCHASE FORM

Purchase Single or Multiple Attendee Seats to the 2024 PAHMT Conference

NOTE: To Register for Entry into the Conference - Each Individual who has a Conference Attendee Seat Purchased for them to attend the 2024 PAHMT Conference is Required to Complete the 2024 Attendee Registration Form - The form will be emailed to everyone at a later date.

New This Year - Open Conference
We're trying something new to make it easier to attend classes.

Open Conference
This year you will not have to fill out a form and pre-choose your classes. This year it is an Open Conference - meaning you can go to any class you wish, at any time of your choosing, without having to pre-choose or fill out a form.

Class Certificates
Also new this year, when each course is over, there will be several Certificate Stands at the front of the room with the Name of the Course, a QR Code, and a URL Address (Web Page Link) on it to download the course certificate. You can either Scan the QR Code with a phone to immediately download the certificate, or take a picture of the Certificate Stand to retrieve the course certificate later.

Training Tracks
This year we are offering different training tracks (Radiological, Transportation, General, and Vendor). You may attend multiple tracks or stick to one topic, it's your choice.

Double Registrations

NOTE: If you think you are going to be sponsored by an agency, a company, or a community organization, or your HazMat team, we suggest you contact them first before purchasing Attendee Seats, to prevent double Purchases and Payments.

Multiple Seat Purchases

If you purchase Multiple Attendee Seats to the conference for your organization, you will receive a separate email with a URL Address (Web Page Link) to the 2024 Attendee Registration Form.

You Must Forward this email to each person in your organization who will be using the purchased seats to attend the conference, so they may fill out their own personal registration form.

Three (3) Day Conference Registration - $350 Per Person
One (1) Day Conference Registration - $175 Per Person

Full Fee Registration Begins: July 1, 2024
Three (3) Day Conference Registration - $375 Per Person
One (1) Day Conference Registration - $200 Per Person

Meals Are Included for Both 3 Day and 1 Day Registrants
